Voice Thread is an open source site that allows for the uploading of images or videos for comment or discussion.
Voice Threads embed well into your wiki – comments can even be made from the Wiki on the Voice Thread without leaving the wiki! After you have created your Voice Thread, just find the "Embed Code", then copy and paste it into your wiki.
Use in Your Classroom Ideas
Teacher Generated Ideas:
Post an image or set of images as a presentation or a prompt
Post a problem to solve, talk through the steps
Student Generated:
Creative Writing / Poetry –post images and creates a story/poem
History – assemble images to relay info
Math – post a solution
Science – Scientific method, post explanations

Turn on Comment Moderation to proof ALL comments made before posting for others to see
